Q1. What is the format of the W200 course?
A1. The W200 course is delivered in a text-based format through the HexcadeArena learning management system (LMS). Alternatively, each module can be exported in Markdown format for offline access or personal reference.

Q2. Can I choose when to start the lab access?
A2. Yes, after purchasing the course, you will receive an email within 24 hours to schedule your lab access - there is currently no restriction on when you can begin lab access. Both W200 and Chronolabs can be scheduled independently based on your preference.

Q3. In which region or country are the labs hosted?
A3. The labs are currently hosted in Singapore.

Q4. Do you offer any discounts for students or individuals facing financial difficulties?
A4. We review such cases on an individual basis. If you are a student or experiencing financial hardship, please contact us at hello@async.sg to discuss possible support options.

Q6. How long will I have access to the course materials and labs once I enroll?
A6. You will have lifetime access to the course text materials, including any future content updates. Lab access depends on the duration selected at the time of purchase (30, 60, or 90 days). Once your lab access expires, you have the option to purchase an extension.

Q7. Are there any prerequisites or recommended knowledge before taking the W200 course?
A7. It is highly recommended that learners have a basic understanding of both Linux and Windows operating systems, as well as foundational networking concepts (such as IPv4, DNS, etc.). These topics will not be covered in depth and may only be referenced in passing throughout the course.

Q8. Is there any support provided for the course?
A8. Yes! Upon enrollment, you will gain access to a dedicated Discord server where you can engage with fellow learners and participate in course-related discussions. Additionally, you can open support tickets to ask questions or seek clarification directly from the W200 course authors.

Q9: What's the difference between the W200 lab and the Chronolabs?
A9: The W200 lab is meant to directly facilitate the W200 course, you cannot purchase access to this lab without the course materials. The Chronolabs are independent from W200, but is meant to be supplementary to the W200 course. This is an optional purchase, but heavily recommended to validate your knowledge from W200.
